NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS:
We strive to give you the most pleasant buying experience and throughly inspect all items before shipping, if you notice something we missed, email us WITHIN 3 days of receiving your item. To speed up this process, please include your name, order number and a photo of the defect in your item.



PERSONALIZED ITEMS:
Please note: for all personalized/custom items you MUST double check your spelling. A "Terms & Conditions" checkbox is REQUIRED to be checked for all personalized/custom items. If you check this and the spelling is wrong, no refunds or exchanges will be made. Due to the personalization of our items, we do not accept any type of returns or exchanges on custom items. If for some reason we offer a return or exchange, the buyer is always responsible for the shipping charges. If an item had free shipping and the buyer returns item, they will not be compensated for shipping charges. 
If the error was made by Sassy June Co, we sincerely apologize for the mistake and a replacement will be made and sent after the item is returned.
